12-years ago I suffered with asthma & server allergies. It was SO bad that I could not go outside and enjoy the 4th of July with my family. I spent $150.00 per month on allergy medicine and I was still miserable! I would get bronchitis every year and miss two weeks of work. It became unmanageable! In my searching for a better life I found the answers for me. Today I no longer need my allergy medicine, I don't get bronchitis anymore, I enjoy the 4th of July and many picnics with my family every year:)
I invite anyone who is suffering and is open to other options. I would like to share my story in hopes that it may help you.
We will share tips on creating an allergies free environment.
Learn how to be kind to the Immune system & what to you might be doing that is damaging.
Learn what cleaners to use and what NOT to.
I had a wellness team that helped me with my success. They included;
Naturopathic Dr. Chiropractor, Personal Trainer
If you are not working with a Doctor we can refer one.
I would like to invite any Professionals in this area who would like to network with us and bring their professional expertise to our group.
